Last updated May 20, 2026. These terms describe how the English diagnostic product, saved reports, restore links, and practice recommendations are intended to work.
Diagnostic results
Scores, CEFR ranges, exam ranges, pronunciation notes, and readiness labels are estimates based on the questions answered and the evidence available in a run. They can guide practice, but they are not official exam results or employment credentials.
Paid report access
When a paid report is available, access is connected to the email and report identifiers used during checkout. A report unlock may include answer explanations, mistake patterns, study recommendations, and restore links.
User responsibility
Users should answer honestly, review recommendations critically, and avoid treating any automated result as a guarantee of exam, interview, immigration, academic, medical, legal, or job outcomes.
Support and refunds
If report access fails or a paid report cannot be restored, contact support from the paywall or report page. Refund handling depends on the payment provider, access status, and local records available for the transaction.
